• File size is under 50MB
• File is a valid PDF format
• You have an active internet connection

Processing Taking Too Long

Large or complex documents may take longer to process. Most documents complete within 5-10 minutes. If processing exceeds 30 minutes, please contact support.

API Authentication Issues

If you're having trouble with API authentication:

• Verify your API key is correct
• Check that your API key is active
• Ensure you're using the correct header (X-API-Key)
